Authorised by founder Emilie Conrad in 2007 to teach Continuum, she teaches this mindful movement practice, which facilitates moving beyond conditioned form by accessing deeper embryological potential and fluidity. Cherionna has taught embryology through movement since the early 90s. She has authored the book, The Breath of Life: An Introduction to Craniosacral Biodynamics and the soon to be published Spirit into Form: Exploring Embryology and Prenatal Psychology. Her precise understanding of Craniosacral Biodynamics has been augmented by her relationship with her husband, biodynamics pioneer Franklyn Sills. They live in Devon, UK where Cherionna has a private practice primarily focused on supervision and mentoring, along with facilitating small womb surround process workshops. She and Franklyn also teach via their online school at www.resourcingyourlife.org.
